Allison Shotwell M.A.
I'm Allison, and I help overwhelmed leaders and stressed teams like yours.
The ones that have great potential to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, align around shared goals, and create thriving cultures, but just need the right support to get there.
I help my clients find clarity, confidence, and sustainable success by equipping them with practical tools and helping them remove the barriers that keep teams stuck—so they can release the dysfunction and frustration that's been draining their organization and reclaim their energy for what truly matters.
Many of today's solutions for organizational challenges are slow, surface-level, and can take years without delivering real change.
This leads so many leaders to feel like they understand their problems but still can't solve them.
There's a better way.
My Background
My background is as a therapist, leadership consultant, trainer, and coach, and I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. For 18 years I've discovered how to get to the bottom of what's not working and finding the small behaviors that lead to big change.
I love making complex things simple—like getting people to listen, do what you want them to do, talk about hard things, manage people, and align as a team.
I've worked closely with leaders and teams and understand how challenging and stressful it can be to work in high-pressure and highly regulated environments.
I work compassionately and sensitively, having tremendous understanding for the vulnerability and courage it takes to be a leader, and I excel at earning the respect, trust, and cooperation of individuals and teams.
I have a knack for giving honest feedback sensitively, in a way that gains cooperation and accountability without the shame.
If you're ready to stop spinning your wheels and start creating the culture and results you know are possible—I'm here to help.
