Training and Retreats
Provide training and support to improve team cohesion and cooperation come to team agreements around values and vision, build leadership and communication skills.
Consultation
Provide guidance and support to Leadership Teams to solve problems and troubleshoot, plan, and implement strategies to improve culture, gain buy in, and have difficult conversations.
Coaching
1:1 or small group coaching to strategize and troubleshoot challenges and navigate difficult conversations and resistance. Get help with overwhelm, prioritizing and organizing to create more ease. Get help applying leadership and communication skills.
